Dear Michael,

I can't tell you how much fun it's been remodeling our guest bathroom. I was warned before I started that remodeling can be bad for your health, your budget and/or your marriage, but not only was that advice (from people who obviously did not have you as their contractor) not true, it was 180 degrees wrong! I was almost sorry the job was over, but after seeing the final results, I'll get over it.

Seriously, I have had so many bad experiences with all kinds of contractors in the past, I was very nervous about this project. But after talking to you about this job, I felt comfortable that I would be working with someone who had high standards and the same work ethic that I do. I can honestly say that you have lived up to that initial impression.

Of course, there will always be delays in deliveries or unexpected problems due to unforeseen structural "challenges", but you dealt with the occasional setback with finesse and professionalism, resolving any problems with the least possible impact on our daily lives. My husband and I really appreciated that concern for our comfort and convenience. The work area was always left orderly and cleaner than I thought a work area could be. The attention to detail was extraordinary. When the wall texturing didn't meet your standards, you had it re-done, even though to my layman's eye it seemed okay -- until I saw the difference! That level of concern about the whole job really shows in the finished room.

I had always thought hiring a remodeling contractor would be expensive, but I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable your bid was. And after seeing how much work is involved, the headaches you saved me by dealing with a thousand details, coordinating so many different trades and scheduling the flow of work so smoothly, I'd say Accurate Builders is the best buy in Kitsap County and the only remodeling contractor I'll use in the future.

My only regret is that I don't have four or five homes to remodel in the future, but I guess I'll have to be content with smaller jobs -- say, a couple more baths, the family room, and maybe the kitchen. Anyway, thank you again for a great job and a fun experience.
